With the 2008-2013 Harley-Davidson Touring Bikes, the ability to purchase “prewired” bars is typically extremely expensive. The wiring for your stock switches is actually hardwired into your controls and doesn’t allow for the same solution that is available with the late model, 2014-2021, touring line. Based on this we were able to come up with a solution that is far less difficult and time consuming than removing, extending and snaking your existing control harnesses through your new bars. With our solution you are able to utilize our “Prewired” bars with your existing stock switches. We provide the new bars prewired with the control wiring harnesses and our 'Solder Seal' pre-soldered/heat shrink connectors. You will simply cut your own control wire harnesses, strip a small portion, place them into our pre-soldered/heat shrink connectors heat and shrink them. With this process the solder liquifies as well as shrinks the integrated 'shrink' protectant in one simple step! Eliminating a significant portion of the time and work needed to complete the wiring on your Brand New Bar setup...it took some time to come up with our solution, but we have done the hard work for you, leaving you with just the finishing touches. Thus virtually, making these bars Plug and Play. Finally a “prewired” solution for your 2008-2013 touring model that doesn’t break the bank!

They are engineered them to be direct bolt-on replacements for stock equipment with No slag inside the bar tubes making installation easier. Laser cut, fully TIG welded, beveled & de-burred for easy internal wire pulling, and polished to a show their quality finish!

Each and every set of Dominator Industries bars are hand-made employing a multi-step manufacturing process using the finest materials. The tube diameter of 1.5” stepped down to 1.25" for fitment with your stock Fairing, also stepped down to 1” for stock/conventional controls. Both grips have 0.5” x 2” slots laser cut for internal wiring. The throttle side is honed out and notched for fly by wire. The Knurled Center for a non-slip grip on our handlebars is engineered to be a direct custom replacement for stock equipment. Cable Description:

For Our Electrical Extensions We Use Special Purpose Automotive Wire that is Insulated with Chemically Cross-Line Polyethylene, Making it resistant to moisture, most solvents, and Gives it the Ability to Withstand Extreme Temperatures. These Features Make Our Wire Ideal for Engine Compartment Applications Where Higher Heat Resistance is Required. 

Our Flexible Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Tubing is Designed to Meet the Requirements of MIL-I-631, Grades A & B. This Type of Tubing is used in Appliances, Automobiles, Military Wiring Harnesses and Airborne Equipment. Our PVC Tubing is UV Resistant, Flame Retardant, Lead Free with a High Gloss Black Finish, Making it Perfect for Applications Where a Wide Thermal Range is Required. 

Our Hydraulic Brake Lines and Clutch Cables Meet or Exceed D.O.T. as well as OEM Pressure Specifications. Our Lines are UV Protected Braided Stainless Steel with a Standard Black Armor Coat Exterior, providing a Long Lasting Appearance while Protecting Components from Abrasion.

When many aftermarket hydraulic lines are installed, problems can arise from inferior chrome plating. There is nothing worse than rust prone, cheap imitation chrome. Based on this we go the extra mile to achieve a finish that is far superior. Our plating is done here in the US and has been proven to reduce chipping, scratching, rusting or fading. Giving you a product that is not only suitable for practical purposes but will also look great for years to come.
