Handlebar Description:

Our bars offer a "Limited Lifetime" warranty and are carefully designed to provide natural, relaxed grip angles combined with optimal pullback comfort. Laser cut, fully TIG welded, beveled & de-burred for easy internal wire pulling, and polished to show their quality finish.

Each and every set of bars we make are hand-made employing a multi-step manufacturing process using the finest materials with a tube diameter of 1.25” stepped down to 1” for stock/conventional controls. Both grips have 0.5” x 2” slots laser cut for internal wiring. The throttle side is honed out and notched for fly by wire. The Knurled Center for a non-slip grip on our handlebars is engineered to be a direct custom replacement for stock equipment. We pride ourselves on our smooth and clean arched corners whereas competitors often use straight sharp edges which are easier to manufacture but fall short of the premium styling distinguishing riders demand.

Cable Description:

When many aftermarket hydraulic lines are installed, problems can arise from inferior chrome plating. There is nothing worse than rust prone, cheap imitation chrome. Based on this we go the extra mile to achieve a finish that is far superior. Our plating is done here in the USA and has been proven to reduce chipping, scratching, rusting or fading. Giving you a product that is not only suitable for practical purposes but will also look great for years to come.

Our Hydraulic Lines meet or exceed D.O.T./OEM pressure specifications, are UV protected braided stainless steel and come standard with Black Chrome fittings. We offer a Choice between our 2 different Hydraulic Line Finishes:

Midnight Black: This is the Highest Quality of Hydraulic Line we offer. Our Midnight Black is a Fiberglass Insulated, Black Stainless Steel Line with a Clear Protective Coat. The fact that the Protective Coat is Clear allows for the Black Stainless Steel to be Visible through the Armor Coat, again, really setting off one of the Custom personalized Aspects of the Bike...and is also a personal favorite!

Gloss Black Vinyl: This is our "Standard Option" The Line itself has a Gloss Black Vinyl Coating with no transparency. What makes this option a more custom solution is that the Fittings/Collars and the ABS Piping are finished in our Black Chrome. Additionally as the Stock lines have a "Flat" finish our lines have a glossy finish setting them apart from the stock look of the ABS Touring Bikes.

Each option provides a long lasting appearance while protecting components from abrasion.
